South Region JOAD Camp at Easton Newberry Center of Excellence
The 3rd JOAD Camp scheduled for the summer of 2010 is scheduled to be held in Newberry, Florida with Elite Coach Jim White and Regional Coach John Kristoff. The South Region Day Camp is designed for both Recurve and Compound Archers. It will focus on teaching the necessary skills to become an elite JOAD athlete. This is a perfect camp for those JOAD archers that are looking to learn the same skills that are being taught to our Jr. Dream Team Athletes. Archers will lean archery specific warm-up exercises that are "success oriented". Each athlete will be videotaped to establish a "base-line". Video Critiquing, Goal setting, group rectification, SPT's (Specific Physical Training) as well as a Tournament Prep session is built into 3 full days. This camp promises to improve your technique and archery knowledge and is the perfect tool for those archers that are looking to take their archery skills to the next level.
Athletes must be accompanied by an adult, as transportation and housing will not be furnished.
