Club Management
A Range Pass is required for any club employee, club officer, volunteer, instructor, coach, judge, administrator, athlete or member who is formally authorized or appointed to a position of authority over, or will have frequent contact with athletes within a USA Archery event or club activity. The responsibility of monitoring this policy within club events and activities lies with the Club (to include Explore Archery Programs).
A Range Pass has an additional set of requirements:
Please note USA Archery Level 1 Instructors that will have routine access to minors within a USA Archery or Club event or activity are required to obtain a Range Pass.
Level 2 and higher instructors and coaches DO NOT need to apply for a Range Pass.
