COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Archery now occupies two key positions within World Archery following elections at their recent congress in Berlin, Germany.
Mark Miller of the United States was elected to a four-year term on the executive board. Miller, a former constitution and rules committee chairperson within World Archery, was elected in the first round of voting. He has previously been president of USA Archery and on the board of directors.
Elsewhere, MJ Rogers was elected to the para committee. Rogers has been a coach for more than 30 years and part of the US para team since 2010, coaching athletes at the 2012, 2016 and 2020 Paralympic Games.
“It’s important to have a seat at the table when impactful decisions are being made to better our sport,” said USA Archery CEO, Rod Menzer.
“USA Archery is proud to have Mark Miller elected to the Executive Board and MJ Rogers to the Para Committee to represent our interests and we thank them for the service they continue to provide to the archery community.”
