USA Archery Announces Collegiate Grant Program for 2018

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - USA Archery is now accepting applications for the 2018 Collegiate Grant Program. Thanks to generous contributions from the Easton Foundations, USA Archery Collegiate Archery Program Clubs can apply for grant funding for equipment, travel, and instructor and coach certification and development.

Updated guidelines and the grant application form can be found here.

In 2017, the University of Georgia received one of these grants and past President Rachel Luoma spoke to some of the benefits: "As a very new club, having our own equipment was crucial to the survival of Red & Black Archery at the University of Georgia. With our collegiate program grant, we were able to purchase multiple bows, arrows, safety equipment, and one target for our small but growing club. We have steadily seen a rise in interest and membership, and we have been able to host "Try Archery" days to promote our club and fundraise for another target, something we would have been unable to do without the grant. We are incredibly grateful for the collegiate program grant, and we look forward to more growth in the future!

This is a competitive application process. Prior to submitting a completed application, program leaders should login to their USA Archery account and ensure the program is in good standing.

Applications received that are not complete, or from programs not in current standing will not be considered. All applications are due by close of business February 26th, 2018; late applications will not be accepted.
