National Indoor Championships and JOAD National Championships, previously scheduled for March 4-6 at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, has been rescheduled to February 25-27 at the same location. The remaining events scheduled as part of National Indoor Championships are expected to proceed as scheduled.
The U.S. National Indoor Championships consist of a double indoor 18-meter round, for a total of 120 arrows shot over two days. The National Indoor Champions will be the archers with the highest cumulative score in each class and division. The JOAD National Indoor Championships are a single 18 meter, 60-arrow JOAD round. JOAD National Indoor Champions are the archers in each JOAD age group (by class and division) with the highest score for the JOAD round.
On February 25-27, archers may participate in the south, east and west regions, with Nationals taking place in Georgia, Massachusetts, California, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. During the following weekend, March 4-6, the event will be conducted in the north region, in Michigan and Kansas. The final indoor event for archers to compete will be March 11-13 in Virginia.
