COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Early this month, USA Archery welcomed two new employees to the team: Kirsten Staples and Vicki Correia.
Staples joins the team as the new Media and Communications Manager. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Colorado State University. Staples has three years of experience working in the beef industry, with a recent concentration in sales and marketing. She also has several years of experience as a freelance writer.
Correia will take on the SafeSport and Compliance Administrator role for USA Archery. Correia has a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctorate degree from Marquette University Law School. She is also a certified crisis negotiator. Correia recently retired from her role as a special agent for the FBI after 25 years of service in the Las Vegas and Denver divisions.
The onboarding of Correia to assist with compliance has allowed Samantha Bauer, previously USA Archery’s SafeSport and Membership Services Coordinator, to step into her new role as the Membership Services Specialist. Bauer has been with USA Archery for almost four years and in this position, she will oversee para outreach, classification, and other initiatives in addition to membership services.
Connect with USA Archery on LinkedIn and stay apprised of any future career opportunities to join our team.
