Compete at the JOAD Target Nationals & JOAD U.S. Open as it heads back to Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Registration is now open for the 2025 WIAWIS JOAD Target Nationals & JOAD U.S. Open, which returns to Balloon Fiesta Park in Albuquerque, taking place July 16-20.

The 2025 JOAD Target Nationals will be a single-distance double-round qualification, while the JOAD U.S. Open is individual elimination rounds for the top 64 in each category. There is an optional team round on the Sunday.

National Champion titles are earned by the final standings after the qualification rounds, not the elimination rounds. Medals are awarded for both events.

Early registration for the event runs through June 23. Deadline to register is July 2.

Registration, event information and event schedule details can be found below, as well as a link to apply for a coach credential. These will not be sold on-site. The deadline to apply for a coach credential is July 9.
