USA Archery (USAA) invites interested members to apply for a seat on the Coach Development Committee (CDC). CDC members will be responsible for input on education curriculum, policies and procedures, Coach of the Year selections and other matters that may arise.
Individuals on the CDC shall act as committee members, making recommendations regarding Coach Development programs and administration to the Coach Development Manager. Committee members will also serve as regional program coordinators for the program. Member terms are two years and are staggered to provide for program continuity. For this first term, there will be two, 1-year term positions and three, 2-year term positions. After the first year, all positions will be 2-year terms.
Committee members agree to and comply with USAA Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics. Committee service is an unpaid volunteer position. In addition to meetings, committee service may average up to 3 hours per week.
