USA Archery announced today that the date of the Gold Cup, a USAT Qualifier Series event, will change from May 19-21 to May 12-15, in order to avoid a conflict with the United States Intercollegiate Archery Championships (USIAC). The Gold Cup also serves as the second and final leg of the Archery World Championships Team Trials.
The organization has also been made aware of a scheduling conflict between the World University Games and the first nomination shoot for the Olympic Team Trials, currently scheduled to take place on August 14-15. USA Archery is currently working on possible solutions; an announcement will be made when a solution is reached.
