On being reelected for another term, Falks commented: "This is an exciting time of change and progress for USA Archery. I am honored that the USA Archery Coach membership trusts me to help guide the organization for another four years. We have made many great strides over the past four years and I want to see us lengthen those strides. We can develop meaningful coach development and education programs to prepare a large cadre of coaches and coach trainers to help prepare us for 2020 and beyond. As we broaden our base of talented coaches through local programs and international training experiences we will strengthen our organization locally and internationally.
"Though I was elected by the Coach members I represent every USA Archery member. I appreciate the support from those who voted for me and I promise those who didn't that I will work as hard as I can to work with each and every member of USA Archery to make this a better organization for you. Thank you."
LeBre shared Falks' sentiment: "I am truly honored to have been elected to be the Grassroots - Non JOAD Director for the USA Archery Board of Directors. A big thank you to all who encouraged and supported me along with casting a vote for me, it is greatly appreciated. I look forward to representing USA Archery's membership in Non-JOAD grassroots efforts and to hearing from each of you so that you can get to know me and I can understand and voice your opinions. The next four years should be quite interesting and challenging as we continue to keep USA Archery's programs expanding and strong."
