Ogden, Utah - The archers of Team USA - and their coaches - will head straight to Hamilton, Ohio for the U.S. National Target Championships from the third stage of the Archery World Cup. They will perhaps be sunburned, and almost certainly tired - but they are absolutely successful.
After a seven-day stint in Utah, the U.S. team members have claimed nine World Cup medals, six spots in the World Cup Final (including the first ever for a U.S. recurve woman - Olympian Jennifer Nichols), the fourth World Cup title in a row for Reo Wilde - and perhaps most significantly, a full team of women's quota slots for the Olympic Games in London.
World Archery's recap of the weekend's action is below, detailed match by match. Team USA's next event is the National Target Championships and Easton JOAD Nationals in Hamilton, where they will participate in the organization's official Olympic Day celebration and Olympic Team Presentation.
