COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - USA Archery completed its second Virtual Tournament of the year on June 30th with archers from clubs across 19 states. The Virtual Tournament allows JOAD, Adult Archery Program and Collegiate Archery program archers to shoot locally and compete nationally by submitting scores to archeryevents.com to compete against other archers across the country.

Each quarter, as a part of the Virtual Tournament, USA Archery hosts a club spirit competition where clubs can win various prizes from USA Archery for their participation. The Spirit Competition theme for the third quarter is Road to Rio. Show your Team USA pride and host an Olympic or Paralympic themed Virtual Tournament event. Decorate your range or show support for your favorite Olympic or Paralympic team member. The club who demonstrates the most Team USA Archery spirit will win a JOAD Program Banner signed by the 2016 U.S. Olympic Archery Team. USA Archery clubs interested in hosting a participating event for the USA Archery Virtual Tournament should register their event and archer information at archeryevents.com, host a tournament style shoot at their home range and submit scores after completion.
