Welcome to the 2024/2025 Oklahoma JOAD and Adult Indoor Series.
Event #2 in a four event tournament series.
New this year: Adult division included.
Two shooting times per event.
·Event#2: December 14, 2024 at The Arrow Shop, Dewey
Deadline for registration will be Tuesday December 10, 2024. A $10 fee will be charged for cancellations up to this date, no refunds after December 10.
·Event#3: January 18, 2025 at The Arrow Shop, Dewey
Deadline for registration will be Tuesday January 14, 2025. A $10 fee will be charged for cancellations up to this date, no refunds after January 14.
·Event#4: February 1, 2025 at Archery Traditions of Oklahoma, Yukon
Deadline for registration will be Tuesday January 28, 2025. A $10 fee will be charged for cancellations up to this date, no refunds after January 28.
Registration fee: $30.00 per event.
Registration for each event will be separate.
Awards will be provided for overall performance in the series.
Archers must participate in 3 events to be eligible for awards.
This is a USA Archery sanctioned event.
Registration for this Series is set to check for age of participants based on the 2025 calendar year.
Please note that some participants will “age up” in 2024 to match their age on 31 December 2025.
This is to ensure that any points earned in the first two events can be added to the aggregate score for the season.

Each event will have a random drawing, the selected participant will have their entry fee reimbursed.
Format: 60-arrow double JOAD / adult indoor round (20 ends of 3 arrows)
18-meters U13 and up.
9m U10 (Yeoman)
Two shooting times available: 11am and 4pm.
Equipment inspection will begin 45 minutes prior to registered start time.
The JOAD Series will offer U10 – U21 classes for Compound, Fixed Pins, Recurve, Barebow Recurve and Basic Compound divisions.
The Adult Series will offer Senior and 50+ classes for Compound, Recurve and Barebow Recurve divisions.
·Recurve and Compound per World Archery rules.
·Barebow Recurve: bows without sight and other accessories.
·Basic Compound: Standard Genesis bows with no modifications up to 20lbs, U10 – U15 only.
·Fixed Pins: No magnification, Clarifiers and Verifiers will be permitted.
No adjustments to equipment is allowed during a round.
12" Max front stabilizer.
All participants must be members of USA Archery.
USA Archery dress code shall apply.
· Where an archer places at an individual event determines their ranking points for that event.
· The top four finishers in their bow division & age category will receive ranking points 1 through 4, with all other participants receiving 5 points, regardless of placement.
· An archer will accrue a maximum of 5 points for a missed event.
· Tie-breakers for placement will be determined by official, signed scores.
· Series awards will be based on final ranking after all events are complete.
· Archers must participate in 3 events to be eligible for awards.
