The Coaches Workshop is unique from the Virtual Symposium in that it will focus entirely on developing coaches’ skills through deliberate practice, micro-coaching sessions, and feedback. This workshop has been carefully redesigned to benefit coaches who have attended before and also those who have not attended any of the previous Coaches Workshops.
The goal of this event is that each coach will leave the workshop as a better coach than when they arrived. Practice and participation will be a critical element of this workshop and USA Archery will provide a safe place for coaches to learn and grow.
