This tournament is NOT related the Colorado JOAD buckle series!
This is the third of 6 shoots in our Winter buckle series.
In order to have a chance of winning a buckle, you will need to shoot in at least 2 of the Vegas format tournaments and 2 of the USA Archery format tournaments
This shoot will use USA Archery format/rules. The dress code will be enforced
Check in will start at 10:00 with shooting beginning at 11:00.
You do not need to shoot in any of the other series events in order to qualify for awards for this tournament
The cost will be listed as $33.01 but the final price will be $35 after EyesOnScore adds a $1.99 processing fee.
Your age class is determined by your age on Dec. 31 of that year. If you are going to shoot enough shoots to attempt to win a buckle, you should make sure that you will have enough shoots in for each format. this might mean that you need to bump up to the next age division.
Yeoman recurve and Yeoman barebow may shoot on a 60cm target for all events.
Bowman and Cub recurve and barebow may only shoot on a 60cm for the USA Archery format events. They will shoot on 40cm targets for the vegas events in the series.
All other archers should choose be a standard 40cm 10-ring target and a vegas 3 spot target.
If you are unable to make this contest, you can pre-shoot. Please call Archery School of the Rockies and leave a message for Tim Schaubroeck. He will call you back and discuss the process of pre-shooting.
Please Note: As a registered participant in a USA Archery sanctioned event, you are required to adhere to the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies for the duration of the event.
