USA Archery Sweepstakes a chance to give back at all levels and ensure the growth of the sport

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – With over 250 prizes on offer, totaling more than $100,000 in value, the 2024 USA Archery Sweepstakes – which was officially launched this week – is something of a win-win.

When each entry is purchased, the buyer will have the option to choose where their money goes, with proceeds from each entry split evenly between USA Archery and the USA Archery club selected at the point of purchase.

After many months in the planning, this is seen as a fantastic opportunity for the sport of archery to benefit, top to bottom, from the elite to grassroots.

The funds raised from entry sales will play a crucial role in sustaining and enhancing club operations. This may mean equipment maintenance and upgrades or providing opportunities for new archers to join the archery community.

And this is why clubs and members are encouraged to get involved – to get friends and family involved – knowing that the more entries sold, the more chances you have of winning fantastic prizes, and the more money will be raised.

Plus, each entry rolls over, so the sooner you purchase, the more draws you will be eligible for.

Here are some of the highlights:

• The first 300 unique buyers will automatically win a $50 Hotel Planner gift card.
• Starting January 2, there will be a minimum of four prize drawings each week, through the end of November.
• There will then be a prize a day from December 1-25. The grand prize is a 10-day South African safari!
• Other prizes include stabilizer bows, arrows, bowstrings, sights, stabilizer sets, binoculars, spotting scopes, tripods and gift cards.

As an added incentive, any club with more than 10 entries attributed to them will earn one entry to win a USA Archery Recurve Equipment Kit valued at $3,750. Clubs will earn one additional entry in the Equipment Kit prize drawing for every 10 additional entries attributed to their club. The drawing for the Equipment Kit will take place in September 2024.

Archery is a community, where skills are learned and honed, where strangers become lifelong friends, and where we find support and encouragement in a safe, sporting environment.

The well-being of the sport is rooted in the collective efforts of clubs and members, and this fundraiser is no different. It is a chance to come together and ensure that the archery community continues to thrive.
