In a significant move to streamline and enhance customer service, USA Archery today announced the launch of its new online Membership Services System. Through this online database, USA Archery members will now be able to renew membership online, print membership cards, and update their contact information quickly, securely and easily. Current USA Archery members will be receiving an email today with login information that they can use to access the system immediately.
Additionally, the new system will eventually provide enhanced functionality for clubs and coaches, who will be able to renew and organize club memberships, track members, and even use the system to communicate with members about practices and tournaments. Clubs will also be able to track instructor/coach certifications. More information about this functionality will be released soon.
"We encourage our members to login as soon as possible to become familiar with our new Membership Services System," noted Denise Parker, USA Archery CEO. "It is our hope that all of our members will enjoy the convenience and benefits that the Membership Services System offers."
