Judges Upgraded to International Candidates and Continental Judges

PHOENIX - As a result of the Judges' Seminar held in Arizona on April 1-3, the following judges have been upgraded:

To International Judge Candidates:

• Guillermina Garcia (MEX)
• Jesus A. Guevara (ESA)
• Carlos Alberto Cervantes (MEX)
• Sheri Rhodes (USA)
• Mike Cullumber (USA)

To Continental Judges:

• John Stover (USA)
• Douglas Ludwig (USA)
• Megan Tierney (USA)
