USA Archery Announces Inaugural Club Excellence Awards Winners

USA Archery is excited to announce the inaugural winners of the Club Excellence Awards Program!

USA Archery’s Club Excellence Awards are designed to recognize the outstanding work of our club programs across the country in the categories of:

• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access
• Event Hosting
• Club Excellence
• Member Growth

Clubs were able to submit an application in one, or more of the above categories and clubs that submitted applications in multiple categories, were eligible for the Club of the Year Award.

We want to congratulate each club who submitted a nomination. This year’s winners include:

• Excellence in the category of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access: North Side Archery Club (Chicago, IL)
• Excellence in the category of Event Hosting: North Side Archery Club (Chicago, IL)
• Excellence in the category of Club Excellence: Rising Phoenix Archery (Troy, MI)
• Excellence in the category of Member Growth: Nova Archery Club (Falls Church, VA)

The 2022 Club of the Year winner is: North Side Archery Club

North Side Archery Club President Sarah Briscoe commented, “We are thrilled to have been awarded USA Archery Club of the Year! This recognition validates the principles upon which the club was founded, the unflagging efforts of club leadership and the enthusiastic contributions of club and community members. We are living the dream, and this award spurs us onward to realize our vision of archery in the city of Chicago.”

Winners in each category will receive an engraved crystal award and the Club of the Year winner will receive a banner to be hung with pride at their range!
