In another highly competitive gold medal match, Compound Men’s Team USA Nick Kappers, James Lutz, and Sawyer Sullivan defeated Colombia 234-233 to win gold.
Compound Women’s Team went up against El Salvador. USA Cassidy Cox, Paige Pearce and Alexis Ruiz won bronze in this close match. Cox commented, “It’s always awesome getting another opportunity to represent Team USA. It’s especially exciting to qualify for spots for the Pan Am Games.”
