COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - USA Archery has announced the 2025 Regional Elite Program roster, which covers five regions of the country and involves more than 120 talented athletes.
USA Archery’s Regional Elite Program (REP) is designed to develop recurve, compound, barebow and Para athletes - ages 13-18 and who desire to be nationally and internationally competitive - through the USA Archery Athlete Development Competencies and High-Performance Ethos.
Athletes in the program will attend two self-funded camps in their region, receive training resources to assist in their development - including goal setting resources and athlete competency development resources - as well as receive USA Archery sponsor discounts and a Regional Elite Program jersey.
Current East Region coach, and former Regional Elite Program parent, Ethan Gordon, stated, “For serious young archers, being an archer doesn't just mean participating in a sport, it’s much more than that. It’s a character-building, friend-making experience that helps shape who they become.
“I know this first-hand from watching my daughter participate in the sport from a young age and spending two years honing her skills and making friends in the REP program. Now, in 2025, I’m excited to participate from a different perspective as a coach and help bring that experience and more to a new generation of top archers."
The Regional Elite Program would not be possible without the dedication of program coaches. Head coaches for 2025 include:

West Region Head Coach Judi Adams added, “As Head Coach in the West since the inception of REP, I am excited for this new year. The West team is full of young talented archers looking to develop their skills, gain new perspectives and meet other teenagers passionate about archery.
“I have seen the REP program produce some very high-quality archers who are now entering collegiate programs, traveling internationally and on track for the upcoming World Championships. So many of our REP coaches are completely dedicated to helping these young archers achieve their dreams - whatever those may be. I am forever thankful for the archers, parents, coaches and administrative staff who unconditionally support this program. LA 2028, here we come!”
