COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - What's your club doing to celebrate spring, and the beginning of the outdoor archery season?
The 2nd Quarter Outdoor Mail-In Tournament has begun as of April 15, and will run through June 30, 2015. Archers can enter the Mail-In Tournament individually and as part of the Team event! This is a great opportunity to compete in a national event, on your own or as part of a team, without leaving your local archery club.
Archers in Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD), the Adult Archery Program, and the Collegiate Archery Program are encouraged to participate!
Through these events, archers of all ages and experience levels are able to experience the fun and excitement of a national tournament for just $10. It's a great opportunity to see where you would rank in a national competition, and learn valuable team building and goal-setting skills.
NEW: the Club Spirit Award for 2nd Quarter is a Summer Beach Theme! Get your club together, shoot outdoor scores for the Mail-In, and show your love for summertime and the beach! The club that demonstrates the most spirit and commitment to this theme through photos submitted to USA Archery, will win a prize pack of JOAD/Adult Achievement Awards and Lanyards valued at $200!
