For the first time we are offering two shooting times - please select one time slot to shoot. Results from both lines will be compiled together with awards given out following the end of the 2nd line time. 

7:30 a.m. - Doors open for 1st line time; check-in and equipment inspection will be open

8 a.m. - 1st line time starts with 2 official practice ends

*Official Scoring will immediately follow; there will be a short 15 minute break between the two scoring rounds

12p.m. - Projected end time of 1st line time

12:30 p.m. - 2nd line time check-in and equipment inspection will be open

1 p.m. - 2nd line time starts with 2 official practice ends

*Official Scoring will immediately follow; there will be a short 15 minute break between the two scoring rounds

5p.m. - Projected end time of 2nd line time

5:15 p.m. - Projected start time of combined Awards Ceremony - all archers are welcome to attend!

2 World Archery Indoor Rounds at 18 meters (20 ends, 3 arrows per end)

Recurve, Barebow, Compound, Fixed Pin (U21 and younger), Para Compound, Para Recurve, Para VI, Para WI

Divisions:

U13 (Bowman), U15 (Cub), U18 (Cadet), U21 (Junior), Collegiate, Senior, Master 50+

Target Faces:

*Targets are determined by age and style of shooting*

Our tournament is only supplying vertical 3-spots, no triangles will be available.

Recurve/Barebow: 60cm (U13 and U15), 40cm single spot or vertical 3-spot (all other ages)

Compound: All Divisions 40cm single spot or vertical 3-spot (inner ten-ring scoring)

Fixed Pin: All Divisions 40cm single spot or vertical 3-spot (outer ten-ring scoring)

Registration:

All registrations must be processed via USA Archery Sport80 Platform. NO WALK-IN OR DAY-OF REGISTRATION.

$60.00 on or before Saturday, February 1st

$75.00 on or before Wednesday, February 19th

$100.00 late registration after February 19th until entry deadline Saturday, March 1st, or when the venue reaches capacity

Entries/Changes/ Cancellations:

Entry Deadline: Saturday, March 1st at 11:59pm or earlier if the venue reaches capacity.

Any changes to registration or cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].

Cancellations will be accepted up to the registration deadline by email only. You may receive a full refund minus transaction fees. Sport80 and Stripe fees are non-refundable.

Any corrections to age class or discipline MUST be made as soon as you are aware and PRIOR to the first scoring arrow being shot.

Awards:

Awards will be given out directly following scorecards being verified after scoring. Projected start time is 5:15pm

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all divisions will receive a medal.

Out of state Guests are welcome! They will receive Guest awards but will not be eligible for the Nevada State Champion title.

Arrow Requirements:

Max arrow diameter 23/64”; Max compound draw weight is 60 pounds

Seating:

PLEASE NOTE: The Nevada State tournament is being held in one of the practice rooms of The Vegas Shoot tournament. This practice room will not have chairs for archers or spectators, but the rest of The Vegas Shoot event will have adequate space and chairs. There will be space for seating during the Nevada State tournament, but archers need to supply their own chairs.

NO COACHES WILL BE IN THE SHOOTERS AREA (THIS INCLUDES DURING PRACTICE).

Spectators and Coaches will be allowed in the designated area behind the archers.

Please be respectful and abide by all rules. Shouting/yelling to the athletes is not permitted and you may be removed from the venue.

Target Assignments:

Target assignments will be posted on BetweenEnds and at the Check-in table as you enter the range.

Tournament Shirt:

Tournament shirts will be available for sale. Pre-order is available with your registration and there will be a limited amount available for purchase the day of the event.
