Target Assignments: |
Targets assignments shall be posted on the wall outside the front door of the facility. Target assignments shall be visible online at www.betweenends.com within five days of the event. Any corrections to age class or discipline SHALL be made as soon as you are aware and prior to the first arrow being shot. Information may only be changed by the tournament host. |

Upon Arrival: |
Upon arrival, Athletes shall proceed to the field of play area and find a chair and prepare your equipment for inspection. Athletes shall be wrist banded during the equipment check procedure. |

Health Protocols: |
The event shall follow all California Health guidelines and Tulare County Health guidelines. Mask wearing shall be at the preference of the archers/spectators. Host will not provide masks. |

Facility Temperature: |
The facility temperature may fluctuate so please bring a jacket or lap blanket just in case! NO PORTABLE HEATERS OF ANY TYPE ARE PERMITTED. NO ACCESS TO FACILITY ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AT ANYTIME. |

for the duration of the event.
