2024 USA Archery Texas State Outdoor Championship 

Arrow Minded Outdoors, 5835 FM 1863, Bulverde, Texas

This is a World Archery sanctioned tournament, USA Archery rules and distances.

All archers will shoot two rounds of 72 arrows each (144 arrows total), with one round being on Saturday, August 10th and the other Sunday, August 11th.  Final rankings based on total accumulated score from both days. 

• First place in all divisions will determine Texas State Champion.  TSAA medals will be awarded to all 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in all divisions. 
  
• We will have two separate shooting sessions/flights.  You must shoot with your age class and division at the set time.
• Entry is on a first come first serve basis as space is limited. Registration closes on Tuesday, August 6th at midnight.
  
• We will have two official practice ends prior to first official arrow for each flight on each day.

Notes about Arrow Minded Outdoors Archery Club:

• Please bring your own chairs and pop-up tents. You may setup on day one and leave your tents overnight if you desire, but you must be willing to share with the other flight time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left overnight. We do have some shade in the spectator area if you do not wish to bring a tent/canopy. 
• Archers are encouraged to bring their own snacks and refreshments. We will have some snacks (granola bars, fruit, etc.) on hand as well as ice water and Gatorade. Please bring your own bottles for the water and Gatorade! 
• Please do NOT wear open-toed shoes. Briars are abundant in the area. The grass will be cut short, so low-top sockless shoes (such as Hey Dudes) are acceptable.
• We encourage everyone to bring bug spray and sunscreen.

Operating Schedule:

Saturday, August 10

• 7:30 am - Gates open for setup
• 8:00 am - Check in and registration, equipment inspection for A Flight
• 9:00 am - Two ends official practice followed by 72 arrow round for A Flight
• 1:00 pm - Check in and registration, equipment inspection for B Flight
• 2:00 pm - Two ends official practice followed by 72 arrow round for B Flight

Sunday, August 11

• 7:30 am - Gates open
• 9:00 am - Two ends official practice followed by 72 arrow round for B Flight
  
• Noon or after conclusion of morning session - Awards for B Flight
• 2:00 pm - Two ends official practice followed by 72 arrow round for A Flight
  
• 5:30 pm or after conclusion of afternoon session - Awards for A Flight

Notes about the A and B Flights:

• ALL PARA DIVISIONS AND 70+ MASTER CLASSES WILL SHOOT ON THE MORNING FLIGHT ON BOTH DAYS.
• A Flight will shoot Saturday, 9:00 am and Sunday, 2:00 pm.
• B Flight will shoot Saturday, 2:00 pm and Sunday, 9:00 am.
