SCHEDULE for both Saturday and Sunday:
Practice: 8 A.M.
Scoring: 9 A.M.
Tournament Fee: $80 per Archer
Additional $20.00 fee for late registrations after Sunday, September 1st. Cancellations received BEFORE Saturday, August 31st will receive a refund minus $5 service fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after Sunday, September 1st. Cancellation policy applies for all refund requested before September 1st, 2024.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Four distance 1440 Round
4 distances: longest two distances Saturday, short distances Sunday
6 ends of 6 arrows at each distance
All distances are in meters

Check-In and bow inspection will begin at 8 AM (For safety Bow Inspection will be required. All archers shooting this competition will be required to have their bow inspected prior to competition.) MAX BOW WEIGHT IS 60 LBS.
All archers will be given 3 official practice rounds prior to official scoring.
World Archery Rules for shooting and equipment will be used at all times.
USA Archery dress code will be enforced.
Eligibility: All Participants must have a membership with USA Archery. Memberships are available at www.usarchery.org. Please note that the Recreational Membership is not eligible for participation in this event. Archers must be a resident of Georgia to compete for State Championship awards. Guest awards will be awarded for non-residents.
