2024 Indiana Open and State Indoor Championship

The 2024 Indiana Open and State Indoor Championship will be March 9-10 at the C K Newsome Center, 100 E Walnut Street, Evansville, Indiana 47713 (evansvillegov.org).

The format will be 60 arrows at 18 meters on Saturday the 9th and 60 arrows at 25 meters on Sunday the 10th. This will be a World Archery STAR Combined Round event. There will be two shooting times each day, 8:00 AM Central Standard Time and 12:00 PM Central Standard Time. 18m and 25m indoor round World Records may be established at this event. The cost for this event is $75.

We are reaching out to the Collegiate Archery Program Teams in the Tri-State and encouraging their participation. There will be individual and team awards for the collegiate teams. Teams will be comprised of male and female archers from each competitive division (Compound, Fixed Pins, Barebow, and Recurve). Scores will be combined to determine the total team score. Incomplete teams will be recognized. The top three teams will receive awards.

There will be a banquet on Saturday, March 9th for archers and their families. It is scheduled to be at The Log Inn, the Oldest Restaurant in Indiana. Registration for the banquet will be part of your on-line event registration through Sport80 and is $25/plate. Advance reservations will be required.

NOTE TO ALL INDIANA NASP ARCHERS: It is unfortunate that this tournament was scheduled the same weekend as NASP State. IAC will make accommodations for any NASP archer that wishes to shoot in both events. Please contact Jim Shackelford (505-215-4504) to complete the arrangements to shoot on Sunday ONLY.
