2022 World University Games- U.S. Team Trials

PARTICIPANTS NEED TO BE REGISTERED IN SENIOR CLASS FOR ALL PHASES OF THE TRIALS.

Travel, participation and all associated costs of the World University Games is self-funded.

COVID-19 Protocols

·       All event personnel, athletes and coaches will be required to have a complete COVID-19 vaccination series to enter China. A booster shot is not currently required. Additionally each person will need to produce a negative COVID-19 PCR test prior to departure for China within a specified timeframe set by the country and then again upon arrival.

Passports and Visa’s

·       If your passport expires before January 10, 2023, you will need to get a new passport. It can take 2-3 months to get a new Passport currently, so please plan accordingly. 

·       A current passport expiring after January 10, 2023 will also be required to obtain a Visa for entry into China.  USA Archery will need to physically send your passport to an agency who supplies the Visa, so again please plan ahead.

Cancellation policy:

Requests to cancel received on or before March 18 are subject to a 15% service fee.

Requests to cancel received  on or after March 19  are non-refundable.
