USA Archery - Level 2 Practical Course

***This is a make-up course for people that couldn't make the 6/26/2022 practical course***

This registration is for the practical portion of the Level 2 certification courses.

The Level 1 Instructor Course graduates will be familiar with:

• Range set up and safety
• Basic equipment maintenance, repair, and distribution
• Teaching the first archery class and try archery
  
• Steps of the shot cycle - recurve
  
• Basic coaching techniques

Prerequisites:  

• Complete the Level 1 Online Course
• Must be 15 years old or older

The Level 2 Instructor Course graduates will be familiar with:

• Range set up and safety
• Basic equipment maintenance, repair, and distribution
• Teaching the first archery class and try archery
  
• Steps of the shot cycle - recurve
  
• Basic coaching techniques
• Outfitting an archer with equipment & accessories
• Teaching the National Training System - Compound
• Advanced coaching techniques
• How to teach an archery class
• Equipment inspection and repair
  

Prerequisites:  

• Complete the Level 2 Online Course
• Must be 18 years old or older

The cost of the Level 2 practical course is $250.
