Dear USA Archery members,
We would like to update you on where we are in the process for bringing in a new National Head Coach, to replace the outgoing KiSik Lee. Coach Lee is retiring at the end of 2024 after 18 years in the role.
USA Archery CEO, Rod Menzer has created a three person Head Coach Search Advisory Group made up of an elite recurve athlete, an elite coach and a former independent board member with multiple sports background, to assist in the search and selection process.
The aim of USA Archery is to hire the best coach available and USA Archery has received a good number of resumes from some strong candidates and beginning October 11, will begin the process of selecting those that will be interviewed over the following few weeks.
Until a coach is selected, USA Archery will continue to accept applications for the position.
