LUBBOCK, Texas – Famous for being the birthplace of rock ‘n’ roll legend Buddy Holly, the city of Lubbock will this August play host to the 140th USA Archery Target Nationals and U.S. Open, and registration is now open for the event.
As well as the individual event, there will also be both a mixed team and team competition. Plus, barebow will have their own masters division within the 50, 60 and 70 age classes, while a new barebow award will be presented to the top archer across Indoor Nationals, Field Nationals and Target Nationals.
Register now for the individual, the mixed team (one male and one female from the same bow type and age class) and the team competition (three archers from the same bow type, gender and age class).
The early registration fee runs through July 24. The deadline for registration is July 31. The event takes place at Berl Huffman Athletic Complex from August 14-17.
