COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - USA Archery would like to welcome Kim Bartkowski as the newest member of the USA Archery Staff in the role of Office Manager.
Bartkowski comes to USAA after 15 years of experience with the USOC and prior to that as Office Manager at U.S. Taekwondo. During her time with the USOC, Bartkowski worked in the IT department and most recently in the Paralympic program. During the 2008 Paralympics she served in the capacity of Team Leader for the Paralympic Archery Team
Bartkowski will be responsible for all membership services and programs and will lead the efforts to make the Colorado Springs office more efficient and customer service oriented.
"We realize we need to do a better job in servicing our membership," says USAA CEO Denise Parker. "I believe Kim has the right balance of experience and the personality to provide leadership in this area. I look forward to having her on our team."
"I am so excited about this opportunity," says Bartkowski. "After my time with the Paralympic Archery Program, I really fell in love with the sport of archery. I look forward to being engaged with USA Archery and increasing the customer service provided to the membership."
Bartkowski will start on Monday, May 11th and will be working out of the Colorado Springs office.
