COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - The 2019 archery competition season will be one of the busiest ever with Tokyo 2020 on the horizon and we cannot wait to see you at these fun and exciting events across the nation. Mark your calendars because you will not want to miss out!
First up, the U.S. and JOAD National Indoor Championships will return to thirteen regional locations across five weekends. Following a great debut last year, the National Indoor Championships Final return to Cincinnati, Ohio on March 15th.
The Indoor Nationals Schedule is as follows:
Arizona Cup once again kicks off the USAT Event Series on April 5-7 in Phoenix, and this year, the World Archery Championships and Pan American Games - U.S. Team Trials will run alongside it with the recurve trials several days in advance, and the compound and Para trials wrapping on April 8th.
The USAT season will continue with Gator Cup in Newberry, Florida on May 31-June 2 and then returns to Chula Vista, California for the SoCal Showdown on June 21-23. The USAT season wraps September 27-29 in College Station, Texas for the Texas Shootout.
Following successful events splitting Outdoor Nationals into separate adult and youth competitions, both return to their 2018 locations: the JOAD National Target Championships will be July 10-14 in Raleigh, North Carolina the 135th National Target Championships and U.S. Open will hit Dublin, Ohio, August 14-17.
The U.S. National Field Championships are still pending confirmed dates and location, but will be held in September. There will also be Trials events for the World Archery Youth Championships and World Archery 3D Championships, to be announced at a later date.
For the Collegiate Archery Program, Dublin, Ohio will also host the National Outdoor Collegiate Championships and World University Games - U.S. Team Trials, May 16-19.
