An Jurisdictional hold is a status assigned to a participant as required by the U.S. Center for SafeSport when a participant is identified as a Respondent in a SafeSport claim, but is not currently participating in the sport (i.e. does not hold a current USA Archery Membership). Per the USA Archery Athlete Safety Procedures for Event Organizers all individuals on the Jurisdictional Hold List should be prohibited from participating in USA Archery events and activities as event personnel and/or as a participant.
