Olympic Training Center Use Criteria

Anyone wishing to use Olympic Training Center (OTC) facilities must notify the NAA National Office, with advanced notice of the dates, specific times, facilities or services needed and a detailed outline of the training plan.

Please submit all requests, in writing (emails are fine), at least SIX WEEKS in advance. By USOC request, all "program requests" for use of the OTC, in particular the Chula Vista OTC, should come from the NAA Office.  The OTC staff and National Coach must approve the program before any arrangements are made to arrive on site.

Archery athletes ranking in the top 20 of the recurve rolling ranking and/or top 10 of the junior USAT standings (top 3 for cadets) are eligible to stay at the OTC free of charge, provided there is space available and a clearly defined plan for why they need to use the OTC. Requests not meeting this criteria, if approved, will be charged $10/day for use of the facilities and $40/day for room & board.

Anyone training at the CV-OTC must have supervision by a qualified coach while using the archery range facilities. Requests to use the CV-OTC facilities at times that overlap with existing programs (such as a long-term camp or resident program) must have separate supervision and will be asked to arrange their training so as not to interfere with the existing program.

If you have an OTC program request, please contact Tom Parrish at (719) 866-4681, tparrish@usarchery.org or by fax at 509.241.0598.
